The only other situations in which Heaven's Gym LLC will be releasing any of the Data (such release of Data to be to the minimum extent necessary) are (a) to comply with any applicable laws or regulations or (b) to protect the rights, property or safety of Heaven's Gym LLC, you or any third party(ies) (e.g., entities involved with the protection against credit card fraud or the reduction of credit risks; etc.).

In each such instance so reported to Heaven's Gym LLc, Heaven's Gym LLC will exert all commercially reasonable efforts to resolve satisfactorily the concerns expressed in your notification to Heaven's Gym LLC.

On that date which is two (2) years from the date on which Heaven's Gym LLC, receives from you any Order to purchase one or more installments of the Program, Heaven's Gym LLC will destroy, and Heaven's Gym LLC will instruct all authorized third party recipients to destroy, all of the Data which you theretofore had furnished to Heaven's Gym LLC pursuant to the Order.
